Chef Justin brings a truly inspired, and innovative approaches to the catering world. While awing us with beautiful presentations he never fails to pack each bite with complex layers of flavor that just leave you wanting more.
Chef Justin was born in Vermont and has spent most of his life honing his culinary skills. He graduated 2nd in class from culinary school and has made it his lifes goal to bring people happiness with his food. Finding no greater joy then supporting local farms and cooking mouth watering recipes that will stand the tests of taste buds!

Catering
$45-$250
Discover an adventurous new way to spruce up your event. No matter the occasion our team would love to take your catering to the next level. With multiple different catering styles and menus available Chef Justin will create a menu to fit your needs and tastes that will awe and amaze your guests. We are prepared to take on any event whether its family style buffet or fine dining plated. Let us handle the details.
Family Style Catering.
10-100 ppl. $45-$150 pp. Chef will arrive on location with hot meal prepped, ready to eat in single use catering trays.
Family Style Meal.(Our most popular option)
10-100 ppl. $75-$200 pp. Chef arrives on site with meal fully prepped but finishes cooking at your location, then plates the meal for you and your guests, does clean up, and stores any left overs. Allowing you the time to enjoy your gathering or event in the attentive fashion you should.
Formal Style Plated Dinner.
$150-$250 pp. Chef comes to your house or location and prepares a 4 course meal, plating it and served by wait staff for you and your guests. Can be served family style or formally plated.
Private Dinner Parties
$150-$275
Allow Chef Justin to build a custom personalized menu with you specific to you and your events needs. Chef Justin will come to your event location where he will prep and plate an amazing 4 course meal creating an ambiance of culinary delight for you and your guests to enjoy throughout your event. Our staff will then clean up,and store any left overs and leave any instructions if needed.
